Due to the freezing weather and the further expected snow we are abandoning tree planting again. Instead, should it be viable, we will work on the Body Shop Copse, the one the other side of the floodbank from the pond at the south of the site. In line with the Stewardship agreement the trees within here need to managed to a range of sizes, so some coppicing and pruning will take place. This will create a variety of habitats and permit more light to reach the ground. If possible please bring suitable equipment such as loppers, bush saws and gloves.
