The missing bird feeder from Rawcliffe Meadows’ Copse found – trashed!

As well as notifying the local media and the police, we also let York’s remaining Park Ranger know about the disappearance of the large, heavy and relatively expensive (£50) feeding station. Unfortunately we were notified by Jenny the Ranger that they had found some bits of our feeder along with a missing picnic table where local youth/vandals had been having fires, so rather expensive firewood!

We’ve had problems with the local nuisances in the past, we just wish their parents took some responsibility rather than letting them create havoc in the area.
